Fastest allium — 60 days from seed, 21 days for baby scallion harvest. Can regrow from cut stumps (3-4 additional harvests from bunching types). Excellent succession crop (every 2-3 weeks). Dense planting acceptable. Can regrow from grocery store scraps. Ideal for interplanting between slower crops.
