Mizuna
Brassicaceae
Japanese mustard green with feathery, deeply cut leaves. Mild, slightly peppery flavor — much milder than standard mustard greens. Notable for being SLOW TO BOLT for a brassica (unlike bok choy). Grows well in partial shade. Excellent for intercropping under taller plants. Frost-tolerant; grows in cold frames through winter. Good for salads, stir-fries, and soups.
